Processing times
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. Personalised or made-to-order items are usually dispatched within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, peak periods, or events outside our control.

Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied, delays or additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control.

Damaged parcels
