Refund Policy

At 743 Designs, each item is made, engraved, or prepared with care. Because many of our products are personalised or made to order, refunds and returns are handled differently depending on the reason for the request.

Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order items unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

For non-personalised items, change-of-mind return requests may be approved at our discretion within 7-14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within days of receiving it with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the problem.

Personalised orders
Please check all spelling, dates, names, and custom details carefully before placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If the mistake was made by us, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy. If the error was provided in the customer’s submitted text or design approval, a refund or replacement may not be available.

How to request help
Email us at damian@743designs.com.au with your order number, full name, and details of the issue. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
